I won't even bother to explain the delays anymore except life happens.

Barron did get his new Bryce this week and is playing with it as we speak.

Meanwhile, I have completed the first draft of the prequel to "Darkfin of Duquesa Bay" called "Darkfin: The Maldive Ridge" - eventually, that will make its way to the site along with "Lil Fin" and three new chapters.

We haven't forgotten you all or the site, life just throws curves sometimes along with sliders and plenty of foul balls.

This should please your eyes for a bit...

 

Wow, it's hard to believe that it's been four years to the day since Darkfin's "surfacing" - time really does fly, especially when you're dealing with the creative process... and basically two people as the creators!

Just as the characters evolve or get stuck in ruts, so do we in real life. Thus, our timing is slightly off but it's no biggie when there is a definite end. And that will be in Season 5, Chapter 20. Season 3 will be finished this year.

Currently, we're working on getting the next couple of chapters up (Barron posted Chapter 13 last week) as well as a new strip called "Lil Fin." Barron will also be getting a new toy called "Bryce" to play with.

I am also pleased to announce that I have completed the first draft of the prequel to Darkfin called Darkfin: Under the Maldive Ridge - this is in standard screenplay format and it explains the origins of Erika's journey.
